Court Typing — Stenographer Practice

The petitioner most respectfully submits before this Honourable Court that the cause of action arose within the territorial jurisdiction of this court. The respondent, despite repeated requests and a formal legal notice, has failed to comply with the contractual obligations agreed upon between the parties. In light of the documentary evidence placed on record, it is humbly prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to grant the reliefs sought in the prayer clause and pass such other orders as it may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
